Steven Horsford is right, corporations should pay their fair share

Corporations should indeed "pay their fair share." (RGJ).

And lets be clear about what is being proposed; its not any new taxes. Its merely the fees that would cover the cost of the licensing and oversight that enable them to do business. And its a mere fraction of the increase in fees that our students are paying.

Fair is fair, and now is the time.

Update: Randolph Townsend is right, too. In response to Chamber of Commerce's refusal to be part of the solution -- ie pay a small share of additional fees : "No is not a plan."
