Budget deal at hand ?

I was wrong about this on Monday and for now we're relying only on a vaguely worded post by the RGJ capitol correspondant, but the story is that there's a deal at hand and the budget will be closed at a hearing at hearing today. A 3pm hearing of the joint subcommittees has been posted on the legislature's website.
